Hi, I’m Carolyne.

Mindfulness, breathwork, hypnosis and writing practices have changed my life. They have helped me find expansion, ease, and energy. These practices help me to connect to joy, to spirit, to nature and to soul.

The breath is our connection to aliveness. It connects us to ourselves, to one another and to everything around us. The breath is the divine moving through each of us. So rarely do we stop to pay attention to our breath - how it’s moving, where it’s getting stuck, how deep it can go.

When we do pay attention to our breath, magic happens. We change. We create change.

I love using writing as a way to practice mindfulness, which really is the art of noticing. Everything begins with the noticing. Writing with groups as a way to healing, creative expression and truth is one of my favorite things.

My work is to guide you through these practices and to hold space for you to experience the beauty, transformation and wholeness that’s possible. Let’s talk!
